Community Pie Social

Community Pie Social is a public event where neighbors gather to discuss current issues—such as education, reproductive rights, housing, and health care—and create personal action plans. Attendees only need to bring a sweet or savory pie and a willingness to engage in respectful conversation, even across differences.

Inspired by the work of artist Michael Pribich and the nonprofit Peace Through Pie, the Community Pie Social has been held at venues in Omaha, NE, and Charlotte, NC.
